Shelf Life
After applying rated working voltage for 1000 hours(8 x 6.2), 2000 hours(8x10.2 < ) at +125 = 2C and then being stabilized at +20C, capacitors shall meet the following limits. 30 % of initial measured value (code U:35%) Capacitance change < 300 % of initial specified value (code U:350%) tan = < initial specified value DC leakage current = After storage for 1000 hours at +125 2C with no voltage applied and then being stabilized at +20C, capacitors shall meet the limits specified in Endurance.(With voltage treatment) After reflow soldering ( Refer to page 20 for recommendable temperature profile.) and then being stabilized at +20C, capacitor shall meet the following limits.
